What actually happens during a session?

We work on a real operational or leadership situation you are currently facing. During the session we identify the likely root cause, clarify priorities, and determine specific actions you can take immediately. You leave with clear next steps.

What types of problems is this best for?

This service is designed for business and leadership performance challenges such as workflow bottlenecks, unclear accountability, team performance issues, operational inefficiencies, decision making problems, and prioritization challenges.

What will I leave with?

You will leave with prioritized actions, clearer decision direction, and a plan for what to do next. If additional support is needed, we will discuss appropriate options.

What support is included in the Performance Package?

The package includes five sessions and limited between session support for clarification and accountability. It does not include document review, project management, implementation work, or extensive written feedback.

Is this therapy, life coaching, or career counseling?

No. This is business performance consulting and leadership support focused on improving execution and decision making within your organization.

Will you review documents, SOPs, or policies?

You may reference materials briefly during a session, but detailed document review is not included in either offering. If a deeper analysis is needed, a consulting engagement or Performance Diagnostic may be recommended.

Will you do research, audits, or create deliverables after sessions?

No. These sessions provide live problem solving and decision support. Follow up communication may summarize key actions, but the service does not include research projects, audits, or written consulting reports.

Can this turn into a larger consulting engagement?

Yes. If deeper operational analysis or organizational change is required, a Performance Diagnostic or consulting engagement may be recommended.
